I have been in the field of chemical dependency and mental health for over 25 years and have experience working with adolescents, adults, and families.  I have addressed an array issues from addiction, relapse prevention, family and relationship dysfunction to feelings of hopelessness, grief, hurt, discouragement, shame, and anger to name a few.   

 

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Penn State University and my Master’s in Science degree in Organizational Management from Misericordia University.  I am a Certified Clinical Supervisor and a Certified Advanced Alcohol Drug Counselor. 

 

My clinical background consists in maintaining Executive Director/Clinical Director positions and in overseeing the overall function of treatment facilities.  I have worked closely with State, Federal, County, & Juvenile Probation; Children & Youth; Universities; and Mental Health facilities, etc.  In addition, I have several years experience as an Adjunct Professor teaching both human service and business courses.
